v    No pets allowed; however there are two dogs on premise.

v    No smoking allowed in guest rooms.

v    In order to provide the quiet nature of this B&B, we require that guest are at least 18 years of age.

 v   Rates subject to change for special events (in the area) and a minimum stay of two nights will be required for special event and holiday weekends.
